What is Vault and how Settlement works
Settlement is managed from the Vault page.In Woldy, Vault is the place where a Branch balance is held, monitored, and moved through settlement.
From this page, a merchant can review available funds, configure settlement behavior, and trigger settlement when needed. Each Branch has its own Vault and its own settlement logic.
This means settlement is always configured and executed at the Branch level.
Where to find Settlement#
Settlement is located on the Vault page of a specific Branch.configure auto-settlement
trigger manual settlement
review how settlement logic works for that Branch
Settlement modes#
Woldy supports two settlement modes inside the Vault page:
Settlement fee#
Settlement always uses the Branch tariff plan fee, with a minimum fee of $0.99.This rule applies to both manual and auto-settlement.The fee is calculated as follows:if settlement amount × tariff fee is greater than $0.99, the percentage-based fee is applied
if settlement amount × tariff fee is lower than $0.99, the fee is 0.99
Example#
If the settlement fee in the tariff plan is 0.5%:settlement amount = 100∗calculatedfee=0.50 → charged fee = $0.99
settlement amount = 500∗calculatedfee=2.50 → charged fee = $2.50
Manual settlement#
Manual settlement is triggered directly by the user from the Vault page. This mode is useful when you want full control over when funds are moved from the Branch Vault.
Auto-settlement#
Auto-settlement is configured from the Vault page and runs automatically based on selected rules.Woldy currently supports two auto-settlement triggers:Pay Point — settlement is triggered when the balance reaches a configured amount
Schedule — settlement is triggered on a configured date or recurring schedule
The settlement fee for auto-settlement follows the same rule as manual settlement, including the minimum fee of $0.99.
Auto-settlement minimum amount#
Auto-settlement has a minimum supported amount. You can find this limit directly in the Auto-settlement widget on the Vault page by clicking (info icon). If the available balance is below this minimum amount, auto-settlement will not be executed.
Network-level settlement logic#
Auto-settlement is evaluated separately for each network shown in the Vault. This means Woldy checks balances and settlement conditions independently for each supported network.Example#
A Branch has balances on:If only the Polygon balance meets the configured Pay Point or Schedule condition, settlement will be executed only for Polygon.Other networks will remain unchanged until their own conditions are met.
Pay Point#
Pay Point triggers settlement when the available balance on a specific network reaches the configured threshold.Example#
Configured Pay Point: 1,000 USDCsettlement is triggered for Polygon
settlement is not triggered for Arbitrum
Schedule#
Schedule triggers settlement based on time. When the scheduled date or time is reached, Woldy checks the available balance for each network in the Vault and executes settlement only where the required conditions are satisfied.
How Settlement relates to Vault#
The Vault page is the operational center for settlement.manual settlement actions

In practice, this means the Vault is not just a balance view — it is the page where the Branch manages how and when funds leave the Vault.
